Intellectual property rights
Teen Patti Galaxy do not infringe any copyrights.
Please fill out the following Notice of Alleged Infringement and deliver it to Teen Patti Galaxy’s registered address if you are a copyright owner, are authorised to act on behalf of one, or are authorised to exercise any exclusive right under copyright. This will allow us to investigate any alleged copyright violations that may be occurring on or through the Sites. Teen Patti Galaxy will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems necessary following receipt of the Notice as outlined below, including removing the disputed material from the Sites.
Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)
If more than one copyrighted work is covered by this notice, please specify which copyrighted work you believe has been violated. Alternatively, you may offer a representative list of the copyrighted works you believe have been violated. Provide information reasonably sufficient to enable us to locate the material, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link displayed on the Site(s) where such material may be found, along with identification of the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or to which access is to be disabled.
Please provide your phone number, email address, and mailing address. Include the following two sentences in the Notice’s body:
“I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use),” the statement reads.
“I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorised to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of the exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
Include your electronic or written signature as well as your full legal name.

Third-party services and content
The Teen Patti Gold/Rummy Best does not control the third-party services and content (including advertising) that may be made accessible or accessed in conjunction with the Services. You recognise that using such third-party services and content may be subject to separate terms of use and privacy policies. In no event may Teen Patti Gold/ Rummy Gold be responsible or liable for any products or services of such third-party providers, nor do they endorse the services and content of such third parties. If you use the Services using Applications created for Apple iOS or Android-powered mobile devices, respectively, Apple Inc., Google Inc. and/or their applicable overseas subsidiaries and affiliates will also be third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.
These third-party beneficiaries are not parties to this agreement and are not in any way liable for the delivery or maintenance of the Services. The conditions outlined in the relevant third-party beneficiary’s terms of service apply to your use of these devices to access the Services.
