Refund Policy

  1. If there is an error in the services provided by us, we may refund the entry fee, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation by the Teen Patti Galaxy team.
  2. Please read the rules of each mobile game and contest before participating in the game.
  3. We don’t cancel registrations after they’ve been submitted, but in extreme cases where the issue may be with the payment gateway or us, we will do so upon your request and reimburse your admission fee within a reasonable length of time.
  4. In the case that we decide to end your participation in any mobile game or contest due to this, we will promptly refund your entry fee, so you can use it to enter future contests on Teen Patti Galaxy.
  5. We’ll work hard to make sure you have a fantastic user experience. Refunds for purchases made using credit cards will be sent to the card that was used to make the transaction; for payments made through payment gateways, refunds will be made to the same account.

Any funds users have in their accounts must be used within 365 days. After 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days, Teen Patti Galaxy shall have the right to immediately forfeit any such unused sum. Your account’s idle balance may only be withdrawn under unusual conditions that Teen Patti Galaxy alone will decide on a case-by basis.
